Brunel’s Old Station will welcome the largest comic and pop culture event in the South West to Bristol in 2013.
In May next year the BCExpo will feature independent, international and small press comics, video and tabletop gaming, manga and anime, and cosplay.
The BCExpo site is already taking bookings for exhibitor, artist and trade tables at our Bristol event venue for May 11 and 12, 2012.
There are a number of different displays to choose from including 6ft Weekend Wall Tables (£85), 6Ft Central Tables (£78) and 4ft Central Tables (£65). The event is run by Forbidden Planet, which is one of the foremost names in the comic and fantasy world.
Brunel’s Old Station is ideal for these sorts of events as it is a historic and atmospheric venue in a convenient location which has a capacity for 900 people.
Brunel’s was originally built by Isambard Kingdom Brunel as The Passenger Shed adjoining Temple Meads railway station. It remains at the end of the Great Western terminus with fast trains to London Paddington and other major railway stations across the country. Being in the centre of Bristol it is possible to walk, cycle or take the bus to Brunel’s Old Station. For drivers it is equally accessible being near the M32 motorway with a car park in the back of the station and a taxi rank in the front.
Please read the Exhibitor and Dealer FAQ on the Bristol Expo website to answer any questions you may have before booking. Payment via credit/debit card or Paypal is accepted.
